DESCRIPTION:       If there’s one thing that I’ve known my entire life\, it’s that I’m far from ‘normal.’ I don’t see things the same way that other people do. And looking back\, I’m glad. I’ve been around a camera ever since I can remember. I loved being in the limelight. Until I got behind the lens\, that is\, and started capturing each and every tiny little detail that made up my world. Whether that be my latest Lego creation\, or the newest addition to my mom’s flower garden\, I captured it all. And I loved every minute of it.\nJust a few years later\, at only 21\, I am now a very proud graduate of the esteemed Hallmark Institute of Photography\, and having an absolute blast turning my childhood dreams into reality. I’m ecstatic to be able to call myself a professional photographer\, as well as to have already had the opportunity to showcase my photography with RAW:Boston (making it all the way to the semi-finals for RAW:Boston’s Photographer of the Year Award)\, and to work on and have my photos featured in four local independent feature films (including Lifetime’s ‘Last Hours in Suburbia’)\, as well as TLC’s new hit reality series ‘I Found The Gown.’\nAnd not to mention\, in the midst of everything\, I’ve been getting my very own business up and running as well. It’s been an awesome and crazy ride so far\, and it’s not showing any signs of stopping. And neither am I.\nSo get ready world. My name is Dana Starbard\, and I’m ready to take you on.
