SUMMARY:Honduras Fundraiser - Holy Cross
DESCRIPTION:Holy Cross MMI is a student organization which seeks to serve the medical needs of those who live in poverty in Honduras. Our team of students pairs with doctors and nurses in the summer time to help to facilitate these medical services. Last year\, our teamed served over 1\,000 patients in just five days alone. Not only does Holy Cross MMI seek to alleviate suffering\, but it also facilitates cultural exchange between our American students and the peoples of Honduras. Many lasting friendships have been made as a result of these trips which have only strengthened our organization’s commitment resolve to expand programming. Any and all donations are appreciated and will be used to cover travel the team’s travel expenses and to buy medical equipment. Thank you so much for your support. \nA portion of sales at Nu Cafe during this event will be donated to the effort.
