CLIMATE CHANGE ACTIVISTS HOST KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE LETTER WRITING EVENT IN WORCESTER
The U.S. Department of State has published a draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline and invited public comment. Activists in the Worcester area will gather to submit comments and write letters opposing the Keystone XL Pipeline. NUCafe, with ample tables and seating, has generously agreed to host the Worcester event. Bring along your lap top — or we’ll supply paper and pens –and join others in the Worcester area in commenting and letter writing at NU Cafe, 335 Chandler Street, Worcester, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2013.
